IMPORTANT NEWS - COMPUTER UPGRADE 18TH AND 19TH APRIL 2018 - DISRUPTION TO SOME OF OUR SERVICES
Please note on Wednesday 18th and Thursday 19th April 2018, the practice is having an upgrade carried out on the computer system. We will be running an emergency service at this time.

Online Medication Requests
We have a system to allow patients to order their repeat medication online. We feel this is a valuable tool to make life easier for patients with busy schedules and who work full time. If you are interested in this service, please ask at reception.
Blood Pressure Monitors
We offer a service where patients can hire electronic blood pressure monitors for 48 hours. There is a £20 deposit which is refunded on return of the monitor. If your GP feels this is necessary, he/she will ask you to arrange an appointment at the reception desk. This service is run by one of our receptionists and she will show you how to work the blood pressure monitor and record the reading.
Surgeries Running Late
We would like to apologise for any inconvenience you have experienced with surgeries running late. We operate a 10 minute appointment system and if you have multiple medical problems, please arrange a double appointment and this will help to ensure the GPs do not run late.
We have a significant amount of appointments which patients fail to attend. This means we have fewer appointments available for people who really need our help. Please cancel if you cannot attend. Our policy within the practice is that if a patient fails to attend 3 or more appointments, they will be sent a letter warning them that if they miss a further appointment, they may be put off the practice list. This is at the discretion of the GPs.
